DATA CONFERENCING

For graphics support with an audio conference, you can reserve a web-based data conference. The reservation includes a web address for moderator and participants. The moderator, prior to the meeting can upload PowerPoint presentations (.ppt), jpg and gif files. Data conferences allow chats between the moderator and/or participants, a shared whiteboard, and surveys that allow participants to answer questions presented by the moderator.

Data conferencing can be combined with a wide range of audio conferencing options including toll-free calling and conference recording.
